It is suitable for any age as there are a variety of activities to suit every age and interest. Most activities are done as a group, following a suggested itinerary, but families can choose to do their own thing (alone or with their friends) if they wish. The arrangement is flexible to cater for the needs of different family setups (for example, families with infants or elderly). We would love for everyone to join the activities but we leave it to the families to decide.

We use hostel-style accommodation as it gives the greatest flexibility and the freedom to use it as a base for the adventures. The rooms are private and would generally have bunk beds, sometimes with on-suite facilities. Everything else in the centre is shared, including the kitchen, bathrooms, dining and various lounges and common rooms. The centres are exclusively hired by MFA and the facilities will only be used by us. All bed linen is provided. All you need to bring is a towel and toiletries for your stay.
